Hope Horses is dedicated to providing safe horsemanship programs to individuals with physical, social, cognitive, and emotional needs. Programs are under supervision and conducted by a PATH Certified Instructor.

Weekly Riding Lessons:

Therapeutic riding is mounted horseback riding for the purpose of contributing positively to cognitive, physical, emotional, and social well-being. There are many benefits from this program some of which promote strength, increases flexibility, develop balance, improve coordination, help breathing and circulation, boost self-confidence, and build self-esteem.

   Sensory Trail

 

 

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Our Sensory Trail was built and donated by the Civitan Club of Cullman. The participants, with side walkers and horse handlers, will navigate the trails on horseback. Nine different stations will stimulate visual, tactile, and auditory senses, and help to build muscles by navigating the path. Sensory needs are identified from original evaluations and applied to different sensory stations cater to each individual's needs.
